DIZZINESS RESULTS GUARANTEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

☐ By checking this box at the Reclaim Healing Program check out page, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms relating to the Thrive Momentum “Dizziness Results Guarantee”:

  1. I understand that the Dizziness Results Guarantee applies only to purchasers experiencing dizziness-related symptoms who have purchased the Reclaim Healing Program.
  2. I understand that the Reclaim Healing Program includes lifetime access to:
    • the introductory training content,
    • the 28-day Reclaim Healing Program,
    • meditations,
    • workbook exercises,
    • and any included bonus materials or sessions.
  3. I understand that eligibility for the Dizziness Results Guarantee is conditional upon my full and genuine participation in the Program and compliance with all requirements outlined below.
  4. To remain eligible for the Dizziness Results Guarantee, I agree that I must:
    • complete the introductory video prior to commencing Day 1;
    • complete all 28 days consecutively without missing a day;
    • fully complete all lessons, meditations, exercises, and workbook activities for each day;
    • Mark each lesson as completed when working through the Program portal;
    • participate honestly, actively, and in good faith throughout the process.
  5. I understand that failure to complete any required Program components, exercises, meditations, workbook activities, or consecutive program days may void eligibility for the Dizziness Results Guarantee.
  6. I agree to notify Thrive Momentum / Lauren Knapic in writing within seven (7) days of completing the 28-day Program if I continue to experience dizziness-related symptoms and wish to continue under the Dizziness Results Guarantee process.
  7. I understand that continued eligibility for the Dizziness Results Guarantee requires my participation in any reasonable follow-up recommendations provided by Lauren Knapic, which may include:
    • additional meditations,
    • follow-up exercises, meditations or lessons,
    • personalised support,
    • and/or one-on-one sessions.
  8. I acknowledge that one-on-one sessions and follow-up support may involve non-medical holistic modalities including, but not limited to:
    • personalised meditations,
    • energy work,
    • energy healing,
    • intuitive guidance/readings,
    • emotional processing techniques,
    • mindset coaching,
    • life coaching,
    • and other non-physical wellness modalities determined appropriate by Lauren Knapic.
  9. I understand and acknowledge that Thrive Momentum and Lauren Knapic do not provide medical treatment, medical diagnosis, psychological treatment, physiotherapy, or other licensed healthcare services, and that the Program and follow-up support are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  10. I agree to actively participate in all reasonable follow-up recommendations and attend a minimum of twelve (12) one-on-one sessions if requested as part of the Dizziness Results Guarantee process.
  11. I understand there is no fixed timeframe attached to the Dizziness Results Guarantee process, as individual experiences, contributing factors, and response times may vary.
  12. I acknowledge that a refund will only be considered where:
  • I have fully complied with all requirements outlined above;
  • I have completed the Program in full;
  • I have completed all recommended follow-up activities in good faith;
  • I have attended and participated in a minimum of twelve (12) one-on-one sessions where requested;
  • and Thrive Momentum / Lauren Knapic determines that the full Dizziness Results Guarantee process has been properly completed.
  1. If all eligibility requirements have been satisfied and dizziness-related symptoms remain unresolved following completion of the full Dizziness Results Guarantee process, Thrive Momentum / Lauren Knapic agrees to provide a full refund of the original purchase price paid for the Reclaim Healing Program.
  2. Currency & Exchange Rates:
    All program purchases and any applicable refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Refund amounts will ordinarily be issued in the original USD purchase amount only. Thrive Momentum / Lauren Knapic is not responsible for any differences in exchange rates, bank conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or currency fluctuations that may affect the amount received in a client’s local currency at the time of purchase or refund.

Where a client is located in Australia, Lauren Knapic may, at her sole discretion, agree with the client to process the refund in Australian Dollars (AUD) via bank transfer instead of USD. Any such arrangement does not create an obligation for future refunds or clients and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Refund Processing Method: Any approved refund under the Dizziness Results Guarantee will be issued via bank transfer only, in USD (United States Dollars), for the original USD purchase amount paid. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete bank transfer details upon request, including any information reasonably required to process the transfer. Refunds will not be issued via PayPal, Stripe payment links, credit card reversal links, or any alternative payment platform or transfer method. Thrive Momentum / Lauren Knapic is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing banking information. If the required banking information is not provided, the refund cannot be processed until such information is received.  
  2. I understand that individual experiences and outcomes vary and that no specific medical, psychological, or health outcome is guaranteed outside the express terms of this Dizziness Results Guarantee.
  3. I acknowledge and agree that this Dizziness Results Guarantee Acknowledgement is intended to supplement, and not replace, limit, or override, the Thrive Momentum Program Agreement Terms & Conditions. Except where expressly stated in this Dizziness Results Guarantee Acknowledgement, all existing Program Agreement Terms & Conditions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other contractual provisions continue to apply in full force and effect. 
  4. I acknowledge that this Dizziness Results Guarantee forms part of, and must be read together with, the Thrive Momentum Program Agreement Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.
  5. By checking this box, I confirm that:

  • I have read and understood this Dizziness Results Guarantee Acknowledgement;
  • I voluntarily agree to these terms;
  • and I understand these terms form part of my purchase agreement with Thrive Momentum / Lauren Knapic.
